Return & Refund Policy

At Vita Maison, we take hygiene and quality very seriously to ensure everyone feels confident, safe, and satisfied with their purchase.

Bikinis & Underwear

All of our bikini and underwear pieces are carefully packaged with protective measures to guarantee your safety and confidence:

• Each piece has protective paper placed over the embellished stars.

• A hygiene liner is adhered to the inner gusset for your protection.

These measures are in place to ensure each item arrives in pristine, untouched condition.

Because of the intimate nature of these products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

• The protective paper covering the stars has been removed or tampered with.

• The hygiene sticker has been removed, repositioned, or shows any signs of tampering.

Please note: our team is trained to detect if protective elements have been removed and reapplied. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell any item that does not meet our hygiene standards.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, along with clear images and videos of the product in its original, unworn condition.

• Requests made after this timeframe, or that fail to meet our hygiene standards, will not be eligible for a refund.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

General Clothing

For all non-intimate clothing (dresses, outerwear, loungewear, etc.), items may be eligible for return if they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Returned with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Returns for general clothing must also be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item to begin the process.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.
