At Vita Maison, we take hygiene and quality very seriously to ensure every woman feels confident and safe in her purchase.

All of our bikini pieces are carefully packaged with protective paper over the embellished stars and a hygiene liner adhered to the inner gusset for your safety. These are put in place to ensure each item arrives in pristine, untouched condition.

Due to the intimate nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

• The protective paper covering the stars has been removed or tampered with.

• The hygiene sticker has been removed, repositioned, or shows signs of tampering.

Please note: Vita Maison is trained to detect if these protective elements have been removed and reapplied.

We are unable to restock or resell any item that does not meet our hygiene standards.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include your order number and clear images and videos of the product in its original, unworn condition.

Returns requested after this window, or that do not meet our hygiene standards, will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos and videos so we can resolve the issue.
